Admission policy
- As per inclusive admission policy, the KVMS school is providing admissions to “Differently –Able Category” Child with special need (CWSN) students in the mainstream.(CBSE admission Bylaws)
- The school has open admission policy for EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) category students as per CBSE rule.
Admissions in Pre-School (Nursery – UKG)
KVMS KIDS at various locations and KVMS school will follow the following schedules and procedures of admissions.
General Rules:
- CBSE does not prescribe any minimum or maximum age limit for admission in school such . However, lt is decided by State or UT governments.
- The minimum age to school should be not less than 4 years.
- A child has to complete 5 years as on 30th March at the time of admission in Grade 1
- A child with minimum 3 years of age may be admitted in LKG/Nursery
- List of documents attached is to be submitted at the time of ad mission.
- Admissions are granted by management/competent authorities on the basis of parents interaction session and (admission tests as applicable for classes LKG and above).
- Admission Form to be redesigned. (Rs. 250/ cost of prospectus)
Important Dates:
- Advertisement for admission in classes-Nursery to IX - 1st -5th january2019.
- Registration for classes Nursery- IX and prospectus distribution to admission seekers
-15th jan-15th March 2019.
- Parents Interaction /Orientation Day for Pre-school - 24th Feb and 24th March 2019
and for classes 1 to 9th - 7th April 2019
Last date of admission -15th March2019. ( Nursery)
- Admission counseling will be done by admission counselors separately for different categories of classes.
- Admission counseling for classes 1 to 9 will be done in March 2019.
- Admission counseling for classes 1 to 9 will be done by Muzakkir and Sonakshi in
- Admission to Grade1-9 are based on availability of vacancies that will be announced by school management in 4th week of March.
- Admission Test for classes UKG to IX will be done on Wednesdays from15th March to 15th April
- Last date of admission on 15th April 2019. (LKG-Class IX).
- Display of final admission List on 15th April 2019.
- Purchase of uniform /book sets /school calendar/diary and syllabus between 20th March -30th April 2019.
- Session 2019 commences from 1st April and for new admissions on 8th
Admission Procedures:
- Admissions advertisement will be done through Bill Boards and brochures to be given to parents
(About 1000 brochures to be printed )
- Registration forms will be sold for Rs.250 per form.
- Admission test will be conducted for admission in classes UKG to IX. The test paper will include syllabus of previous class in English, Science /Evs and Maths for 20 marks each subject.
- To qualify Admission Test , the child has to secure minimum 50% marks for admission in various classes.
- Parents and students have to sign an affidavit related to discipline and fee payment rules and transport of the school.
- List of admitted students will be finalized by 15th April 2019.
- Parents will be invited for interaction session as scheduled.
- The new Session will commence as scheduled.
List of documents needed at the time of admission to Nursery:
The students have to submit the following documents at the time of admission:
- Date of Birth certificate
- Admission form fully filled up and signed
- Aadhar of parents( and child if available)
- Two sets of black and white photograph of child
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- Affidavit of understanding
- Medical reports of CWSN category (if applicable)
List of Documents needed at the time of admission to UKG - Classes IX:
- DOB certificate
- TC of other school
- Marksheet of previous class
- Admission forms duly filled
- Two photographs (B/W)
- Affidavit of understanding
- Adhaar of Parents and child (Photocopy)
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- CBSE Registration card( for admission in Class lX-Xll only).
ADMISSION POLICY For CLASS 11
- Provisional Admissions to class xi are granted on the basis of Pre-Board results after counseling session with parents. In March.(For KVMS students only).
- KVMS class X students will attend a counseling session on streams of studies at plus two level in the last week of Januay followed by filling up provisional admission forms
- Final Admission to Grade XI is based on class X CBSE results,
- A minimum grade C in Maths and English is required for Humanities and Commerce
- Admission to science stream Both Medical /Non -Medical is open for those scoring minimum B grade in Maths, Science and English in class
- Final stream and subject selection will be done on the basis of CBSE class X examination result ,as per admission
- There will be following sections of class XI: Boys and girls combined
- Medical Science (section-A)
- Non-medical Science (section-B)
- Commerce (section-C)
- Humanities (section-D)
List of Documents needed at the time of admission to UKG - Classes IX:
The students have to submit the following documents at the time of admission:
- DOB certificate
- TC of other school
- Mark sheet of previous class X Pass
- Admission forms duly filled
- Two photographs (B/W)
- Affidavit of understanding
- Adhaar of Parents and child (Photocopy)
- Caste certificate (if applicable)

Policy for Direct Admission in classes X and XII:
- Direct admission to class X and XII are granted only in case of parents transfer and change of residence. The application by the parents along with transfer orders, TC of the child , mark sheet has to be forwarded to Regional Officer for approval.
- Once confirmed by RO, the child will be admitted and added in LOC (list of candidates) registered.
Scholarships Admission cases: -
- Type of scholarships schemes to be declared In advance.
- It allocation criteria to be decided in advance and important points to be signed by the parent before granting admission.
- One person for judging the scholarship cases to a part of admission committee and council the parent for admissibility on the spot.
- Scholarship to be given on first come first serves bases.
- All scholarship to be approved by MD on daily basis
